St Antonin

IGP Vaucluse, White

"A historically wine-growing department, the cradle of prestigious appellations in the Rhône Valley,

The Vaucluse IGP benefits from rich terroirs and a climate conducive to quality viticulture.

This wine is a beautiful expression of that."

IGP of the Principality of Orange Clos St A

GRAPE VARIETIES

90% Chardonnay, 10% Clairette

TERROIR

The grapes come from our plots located south of the Saint Antonin locality. These plots are characterized by sandy soils.

The average age of the vines is 20 years.

Hand-harvested with sorting in the vineyard.

Direct pressing.

The Chardonnays are aged in barrels and the Clairettes in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES

White peach, pear, citrus peel, and brioche aromas emerge from this complex white wine. Medium-bodied, this concentrated white possesses an elegant minerality.
