GRAPE VARIETIES
90% Chardonnay, 10% Clairette
TERROIR
The grapes come from our plots located south of the Saint Antonin locality. These plots are characterized by sandy soils.
The average age of the vines is 20 years.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested with sorting in the vineyard.
Direct pressing.
The Chardonnays are aged in barrels and the Clairettes in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
TASTING NOTES
White peach, pear, citrus peel, and brioche aromas emerge from this complex white wine. Medium-bodied, this concentrated white possesses an elegant minerality.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
This wine is perfect to accompany fish, white meat, cheese or simply as an aperitif.
