TERROIR
The grapes come from our plots located in the localities of La Fond du Loup and La Crau Est. Spread over 2 hectares of sandy soils, the vines in these plots are on average 60 years old.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested with sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar.
80% destemming followed by 28-day maceration.
The wines are aged in large oak casks for 12 months before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas of black raspberries, rose petals, and pepper emerge from this vintage. With a medium body, increasing minerality, a smooth texture, and beautiful fruit, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape offers a lovely finish.
