Due to its dispersed structure (more than sixty plots),

Clos St Antonin extends over a veritable mosaic of terroirs.

Meticulous study and research on the soils, their exposure and microclimates has made it possible to organize the vineyard in an ideal way.

White grape varieties and Syrah are preferably planted on soils

sandy-calcareous soils with a northeast exposure, in order to preserve their coolness.

acidity and finesse. Mourvèdre vines planted on clay-limestone soils covered with rolled pebbles obtain a very good level of maturity.
